FlowStrength Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowStrength, provided by CAI, handles information when you use the app.
1. What the app stores
FlowStrength is designed to store your workout-related data primarily on your device. This may include workout records, training plans, exercise library data, progress statistics, memos, and app preferences.
2. Notifications
The app may request notification permission so it can show workout or timer-related notifications. You can deny or disable this permission in your device settings at any time.
3. Backup import and export
If you choose to export a backup, the app creates a backup file and lets you share or save it using the options available on your device. If you choose to import a backup, the app reads the file you select in order to restore your data.
4. Data sharing
FlowStrength does not sell your personal data. The app is not designed to use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs in the current release described by this policy.
5. Data retention and deletion
Because app data is primarily stored on your device, you can remove it by clearing app data, deleting the app, or deleting any backup files you exported.
6. Children
FlowStrength is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that requires action, contact us.
7. Medical disclaimer
FlowStrength is a fitness recording tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention advice.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
